INVITATION TO TENDER – REPLACEMENT OF OFFICIAL VEHICLE FOR THE CONSULATE-GENERAL OF THE REPUBLIC OF SINGAPORE IN HO CHI MINH CITY (CORRIGENDUM NO. 1)

CORRIGENDUM NO. 1 TO INVITATION TO TENDER FOR REPLACEMENT OF OFFICIAL VEHICLE FOR THE CONSULATE-GENERAL OF THE REPUBLIC OF SINGAPORE IN HO CHI MINH CITY
The Consulate-General of the Republic of Singapore in Ho Chi Minh City wishes to inform all potential tenderers of the following update to the above-referenced tender.
Additional Documents available
In relation to Annex B Section 5 (Trade-in/Disposal of Existing Vehicle) of the Tender, the Consulate-General wishes to inform all tenderers that the copies of the following supporting documents for the existing official vehicle are available upon request:
· Pictures of Existing Official Vehicle
· Import License
· Customs Declaration Paper
· Car Registration Certificate
· Inspection Certificate/s
· Recent Repair Invoices
Please note that the above documents will be provided in redacted form. The redacted documents are intended to demonstrate the existence of the relevant supporting documents to assist tenderers in making a trade-in offer. Full unredacted documents will only be made available if the Consulate-General decides to proceed with the trade-in/sale of the existing official vehicle.
How to request documents
Tenderers who wish to obtain these documents may submit their request via email to Mr Emerson Sng and Ms Hannah Tang at emerson_sng@mfa.gov.sg and Hannah_tang@mfa.gov.sg. The documents will be sent electronically upon receipt of request.
Other Tender Details
All other terms, conditions, and requirements of the original Tender Notice remain unchanged, including:
· Tender Closing Date and time: 5 August 2026, 4.30pm
· Mode of bid submission
· Evaluation criteria
Important notes to Tenderers
· Requesting of these documents is optional. Tenderers who do not wish to make a trade-in offer may disregard this notice.
· The trade-in offer remains optional as stated in Annex B Section 5 Para 5.1 of the Tender specifications.
· All information contained in the documents remains confidential and must not be disclosed to any third party.
This Corrigendum forms an integral part of the Tender documents and should be read in conjunction with the original Tender Notice dated 1 July 2026.
