INVITATION TO QUOTE FOR SUPPLY AND INSTALLATION OF MID-SIZED CABINET X-RAY MAIL SCANNER (HCMC-ITQ-2020001)

1. Invitation-to-Quote
The Consulate-General of the Republic of Singapore in Ho Chi Minh City would like to invite interested vendors to quote for the supply and installation of mid-sized cabinet x-ray mail scanner at the Consulate-General of the Republic of Singapore in Ho Chi Minh City.
Interested parties are to contact Mr Jeremiah Tailford at jeremiah_tailford@mfa.gov.sg to request for the quotation documents (requirements, conditions of contract, etc.).
Please contact Mr Jeremiah Tailfordif you require any clarifications pertaining to the quotation documents during the open quotation period and before the closing date.
2. Closing Date
All interested parties must submit their bids to the Consulate-General of the Republic of Singapore in a sealed envelope.
All submissions should reach the Consulate-General no later than 4.30pm on Wednesday, 13 May 2020.
Late submissions will be disqualified.
3. Validity of Quotation
The submitted quotations must be valid for a period of 60 days from the closing date of this Invitation to Quote.
4. Award of Quotation
The award of quotation will be posted on the bulletin board at the Consulate-General.
