INVITATION TO QUOTE FOR PROVISION OF SECURITY GUARD SERVICES (HCMC-ITQ-2025001)

1. Contract period

The Consulate-General of the Republic of Singapore in Ho Chi Minh City would like to invite interested vendors to quote for the Provision of Security Guard Services at the Consulate-General of the Republic of Singapore in Ho Chi Minh City.

The contract period is for one (1) year from 1 September 2025 to 31 August 2026. The contract awarded may be extended for a further two (2) one (1)-year periods, from 1 September 2026 to 31 August 2027 and 1 September 2027 to 31 August 2028.

Please contact Mr Emerson Sng if you require any clarifications pertaining to the quotation documents during the open quotation period and before the closing date.

2. Closing Date

Interested parties will need to send their company details based on Annex C of the quotation documents to the Consulate-General by 9 July 2025, 1700hrs (Vietnam Time). 

All interested parties must submit their bids to the Consulate-General of the Republic of Singapore in a sealed envelope. All submissions should reach the Consulate-General no later than 15 July 2025, 1700hrs (Vietnam Time). 

3. Validity of Quotation

The submitted quotations must be valid for a period of 60 days from the closing date of this Invitation to Quote.

4. Evaluation Criteria

All bids submitted will be evaluated based on the criteria listed below:

• Price: 50%

• Compliance with Requirement Specifications: 40%

• Track Records and Relevant Experiences: 10%

5. Award of Quotation

The award of quotation will be posted on the Consulate-General's website and the Consulate-General’s bulletin board.
