Health Clearance Requirements for Singapore travellers to Vietnam

Due to the COVID-19 situation, all Singapore passport holders entering Vietnam:
Will have to provide health certificates issued by a Singapore authority and approved by Vietnam indicating that they are COVID-19 negative;
Will be subject to centralised quarantine by the Vietnamese authorities for 14 days upon arrival; and
Will be medically screened onboard the aircraft after landing in Vietnam and medically checked and tested upon arrival.

Singaporeans are advised to defer all travel abroad. From 20 March 2020, 2359 hours, all Singaporeans, PRs, Long Term Pass holders and short term visitors entering Singapore will be issued a 14-day Stay-Home Notice.
